"Report of President: Negro Rural School Fund"
The front page of the National Negro School News, dated December 12, 1910, features a year-end report by J. H. Dillard, president of the Negro Rural School Fund, on the foundation's efforts to improve African American education in southern states. The National Negro School News was a monthly magazine produced by the Tuskegee Institute in Alabama.
