This film produced in 1980 by the federal government documents some workplace hazards investigated by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This clip describes the OSHA investigation of the Allied Chemical Corporation in Hopewell, Virginia, and their employees' exposure to Kepone. In 1981 the newly appointed head of OSHA recalled all copies of these videos and punished anyone who refused to return his copy.
